This site is a non-commercial reference gallery. If you own the copyright in an image shown here and you would like it removed, we will remove it. You do not need a lawyer, and you do not need to explain why.
How to send a request
Open the chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page and send us the details below. Nothing needs to be formatted — a plain message listing the URLs is enough to act on.
What to include
- The URL of the page where the image appears (one URL per line is fine — you can send a list)
- Which image on that page you are referring to, if the page shows several
- A description of the work you own, or a link to where it was first published
- Your name and a way to reach you
- A statement that you own the rights, or are authorised to act for the owner
What happens next
- We acknowledge within 72 hours.
- Valid requests are actioned by removing the image and the associated entry from public view. We keep an internal archive of what was removed and when, so that the action can be verified later.
- We do not require you to prove ownership beyond a reasonable statement, and we will not ask you to negotiate.
Bulk requests
If a large number of images are involved, send the list in any format — a spreadsheet, a text file, or a list of URLs. We will work through it in batches and confirm as each batch is done.
Counter-notice
If you believe an image was removed in error — for example because you are the photographer and want it shown — send another message in the same chat and we will review it.
